All Sales Final
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. This applies to every item we sell: steel, tubing, fence panels, gates, pipe stakes, roofing panels, hardware and accessories, whether stocked, cut to length, custom-fabricated or made to order.
Please confirm sizes, quantities, specs and finish before you buy. Not sure an item fits your job? Call or text (281) 902-7619 before ordering and we will help you get it right the first time.
Damaged or Defective Items
If a shipped item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and the packaging. We will arrange a replacement or a refund for the damaged item at no cost to you.
Wrong Item Shipped
If we ship you the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right at our cost.
