Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, the following terms apply.

30-Day Return Window

You may return items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Items Must Be New and Unused

Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Items that show signs of installation, modification, or wear cannot be accepted.

Custom-Fabricated and Made-to-Order Items

Custom-fabricated gates, custom-fabricated fence panels, and any made-to-order items are non-returnable. This includes any item built to a customer’s specifications or modified at our shop. Please confirm dimensions, specs, and finish before placing a custom order.

Return Shipping

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend insuring your return shipment, as we cannot issue a refund for items damaged or lost in transit.

No Restocking Fee

We do not charge a restocking fee on eligible returns.

How to Start a Return

Email us at rod@ironrodsteel.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you want to return
  • The reason for the return

We will respond with the return shipping address and any additional instructions within 1 business day.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 5 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed.

Damaged or Defective Items

If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
